It seems that the word on the street is a ‘sell-now’ for leg warmers. Recent figures show thatthe unit price of the humble leg warmer has taken a hammering due the increasing popularity of the bib-tight, thanks in large to a ‘buy-now’ from the markets of logic. And here at Sable & Argent we can tell you first hand, that the news is right on the money. Sales of the Rapha bib-tight has been phenomenal. Stock has been hard to come by, and this is just a heads up before we completely sell out for winter. Made of toasty warm Italian thermo-roubaix material, this Italian product will at least be more reliable than that other Italian product, the national football team. But we won’t go there.

Convenient, and an absolute time saver compared to leg warmers, you’ll be able to head out the door in these early winter mornings with the knowledge that your tights won’t shift or sag. Throw them over your favourite shorts and you’re off. What more can one ask for? Well I’m glad you asked. How about a lined zip for when nature calls. Or a mesh panel in the back of the tights to help regulate body temperature. Perhaps flatlock stitching to prevent chafing might impress. And how can one praise a Rapha garment without mentioning its world renown attention-to-detail. Dare I say there’d be too many to mention.
